distribute those applications with no port based royalties. Voice Elements consists of two pieces: Voice Elements Toolkit for developing
applications and Voice Elements Server for deploying, running and distributing those applications.
Inventive Labs also offers a revolutionary way to maximize your deployments and minimize your setup and maintenance by offering monthly
usage of our telephony resources (voice, traditional TDM interfaces, an 800 number and more) through
Telephony Bank.

Voice Elements Toolkit - $99 per seat
The standard toolkit provides all of the VE tools for .NET. A typical Visual Studio programmer can easily learn the VE classes and
easily create telephony applications. You can connect to voice resources your application needs in one of two ways:
1. Use Inventive Labs Telephony resources through
Telephony Bank. From any internet connected computer, you can connect to our bank of telephony resources.
The application runs on your computer, but the telephone calls are connected from our servers.
This means your developers, deployment engineers or customers do not need to deal with the complexities of configuring boards or drivers.
2. Install Voice Elements Server on your own systems. This does require a slightly higher degree of technical knowledge, but many of our customers
enjoy controlling their own systems or need to give this option to their customers.
The VE toolkit will be available for
download for a 30 day trial at no charge. After that, a fee of $99 per seat will apply.

support is included for 30 days with the purchase of VE Toolkit. For telephone support, or email after this has expired,
you may pay per incident, or buy incident packages for a discount.
Voice Elements Server
The VE Server allows you to use your own sever for telephony resources or distribute your
application for deployment on server(s)at your customers’ site.
Each license will allow you to run unlimited ports on a single server for a one time price
of $1995 plus an annual support fee of $995.
