Inventive Labs offers support from basic tips and troubleshooting to full-day training. In addition to answering questions
about Voice Elements, we also offer a variety of Professional Services that are estimated on a case-by-case basis. Customers
who are signed up for our Hosting Service are entitled to free support.

Email support is included for 30-days with the purchase of the Voice Elements Toolkit and demo
download. For telephone support, or email after 30-days you may pay per support incident or in
packages for a discount. Please contact sales@inventivelabs.com for pricing.
Voice Elements Platform support includes all product upgrades and email or telephone support.
Annual support plans are highly encouraged and are affordably calculated based on license
purchased amount. For details, discounts or any questions about all of our support options, just
ask us at sales@inventivelabs.com.

If you need help getting your server setup with a carrier using a T1, PRI, analog or SIP connection, we can
get the system running and “everything talking.” This, however, is not included in basic
support and can be purchased for a flat fee of $495 per installation.
