A delegate that is used by CTI32 to stream voice data back to your code during [[Continuous Speech Processing (CSP)]].

Parameters/Return Values

* chdev – the voice resource that is streaming
* _event – Always 0 (CSP_DATA)
* *buf – A pointer the data buffer
* len – the amount of data in the buffer
