Voice API Platform Pricing
Voice Elements is priced by concurrent channel per server. The number of channels needed for your server platform depends on how many calls you expect to handle simultaneously. One channel has the ability to handle one single call leg at a time.
A channel includes call control (SIP or WebRTC), a voice resource, and the ability to stream RTP via G711. Additional voice resources are free and can be configured on demand.
First, choose your License Option:
- Perpetual License: Purchased at a one-time cost
-
- Terms: Your license is active indefinitely.
- Support is Optional: Add support for access to periodic software updates and new features; the term is typically one year and can be renewed indefinitely. Annual support is 20% of the license cost.
- Subscription License: Your software license is renewed monthly upon successful payment of the subscription fee.
-
- Terms: When you discontinue your subscription, the license is no longer active. Subscription licenses cannot be converted to perpetual licenses.
- Support is Included: Includes support at no additional cost.
Determine the Capacity you need:
- Licensing is based on concurrent call capacity per server. One channel supports one active call leg.
- How many channels do I need?
- Want to handle 4 simultaneous calls? You’ll need 4 channels. If a 5th call comes in while four calls are active, the caller will get a busy signal.
- Calls between one caller and another require two channels.
Add any Special Features as needed.
Our Special Features are additional resources that can be added to any server license, either at the time of purchase or at a later date to meet the expanding needs of your platform.
Special Features Pricing
Each of our Special Features are priced per channel. You will need to determine the number of resources needed based on your needs.
🛠 AI Live Streaming: This resource lets you stream audio in real-time for voice-driven AI interactions—making conversations feel fast and natural. It also supports advanced services like speech recognition (STT), voice synthesis (TTS), conversational AI using large language models (LLMs), and ultra-low latency voice-to-voice (V2V) communication. These resources can be pooled and used as needed.
🛠 Conferencing: Conference resources allow 3 or more callers to participate in a conference. Conference resources perform all of the mixing and active speaker logic for a high-quality conference experience. Here are some examples to guide how many resources you may need:
- Let’s say you have 20 conference resources on your license. This permits multiple concurrent conferences like five 4-participant conference calls, or one 20-participant conference. Be aware that once all of the conference resources are in use, no more participants can join a conference. Conference resources are pooled and used as needed.
- Note that one SIP or WebRTC channel and one conference resource is needed for each caller in the conference.
🛠 Faxing: If your server is dedicated entirely to faxing, you will need one fax channel per SIP channel. Otherwise, determine how many simultaneous fax calls you anticipate to determine how many fax channels you will need.
🛠 G729 Codecs: G729 is a useful option for certain carriers or PBX vendors looking to reduce bandwidth usage, though the audio quality may be slightly reduced because it compresses the sound to save data. G729 is not pooled and must be available for all calls coming from your carrier or PBX; therefore, if you need 50 SIP channels then add 50 G729 resources.
🛠 HD Codecs: This resource provides higher audio quality on your call, providing a clearer and more natural-sounding call quality. HD Codecs include Opus, G722, and G722.1. Both the network infrastructure and the devices used on the call must support wideband audio to achieve the desired HD quality. HD Codecs are not pooled. Plan to match your total SIP channel count with your HD resources.
🛠 Legacy SAPI 5.1 Speech Recognition: This resource allows you to recognize speech using the Microsoft Speech SDK. Supported languages can be found here. This resource is pooled and only active while processing input, so a 50-channel speech license may cover a 200 channel SIP system effectively.
