During the set up of the Voice Elements Calling plans, there are some setup steps that must be performed in https://admin.teams.microsoft.com. These steps require the user have the “Teams Service Admin” Role.
During the “on-boarding” set up call, we will help you set up a SBC under the Voice / Direct Routing area. We may also help you change some Voice Routing Policies, setup users, and add phone numbers. For these operations, a user with the proper roles will need to log into the system so that we may assist in setting up the system for our Calling Plan to work.
