What Are the Benefits of Enrolling in our Support Program?
- One Year Support: Your on-premise license purchase will include one full year of support. Support during this first year is useful as you begin development and implementation of your product. You receive upgrades to the version of the server and toolkit that you have purchased. You could look at this as “upgrade insurance” because anytime within the year, you are entitled to receive free updates to any fixes or enhancements that we have made.
- Annual Support Renewal: Following your initial year of support, you may find it very helpful to continue your support enrollment and renew for subsequent years. Continued access to software upgrades and enhancements can be helpful as you continue your product development.
- Multi-Year Enrollment: We provide an option for your company to enroll for several years in one enrollment. This simplifies your internal procurement and payables process to give you the coverage you need without the hassles of an annual re-enrollment.
Experienced .NET Developers
Our support engineers are experienced .NET developers that use Voice Elements on a daily basis. We are here to support you and answer your questions, often within minutes. Just email our Support Team and we’ll discuss your issue and how to help.
E-mail and telephone support
Support includes e-mail and telephone support during normal business hours (9am – 5pm US Mountain Time) that directly relates to the operation of the product that you have purchased. This includes problems or bugs within the software. It does not include supporting your specific application or use of the product. How Much Does our Support Program Cost?
Cloud-Based Customers:
Support is automatically included with our cloud-based service at no additional charge. Your support enrollment is active for the duration of your cloud services. For specifics, please see Cloud Based Pricing.
On-Premise Customers:
Your annual support plan costs 20% of your total licensing fees. Please see On Premise Pricing for additional details.

While enrollment in our Support Program is required for software upgrades, email, and telephone support, we also provide the following reference resources available to you at any time that do not require a current enrollment.
